• From Abingdon, take US19 North to Hansonville (about 12 miles).
   

• Turn Left onto US58 Alternate West.  Follow US58 Alt to Norton (about 40 miles).
   

• At Norton, Take US23 South (at overpass near the Inn at Norton)  to Big Stone Gap (about 10 miles).
   

• At Big Stone Gap take first exit onto State Route 610.

• Right on SR 610 toward the big brick school house which is Powell Valley High School.
   

• Continue past the school on SR610 towards Big Stone Gap.
   

• Go approximately 1.4 miles to Citgo Convenience Store on Right.
   

• Take 1^st right turn beside the store.  MEOC is 200 yards ahead.
