Take Airport Parkway (State Route 357) to I 81 (this is the only place
Airport Parkway Goes) (About 10 minutes)

Take I 81 South (towards Kingsport / Knoxville, TN) to I 81 and Interstate
26 (formerly I-181) Junction (about 10 – 12 minutes). This is Exit 57-B.

Take Interstate 26 West (towards
Kingsport, TN) (about 10 – 12 minutes)

I
26 becomes US 23 North (four lane divided highway) just past the Stone Drive
exit. Stay on US 23 North
(Be in left hand or inside lane of US23 as it runs out.
Reduce speed and be careful over the ramp.)

Follow
US 23 North from Virginia State Line to Duffield, VA
(about 20 minutes)

Continue
on US 23 North from Duffield, VA. Travel
about 10 – 12 minutes.

As you near Big Stone Gap, you will see a sign saying “Big Stone Gap,
Next Two Exits.” TAKE THE
SECOND EXIT.

This
will bring you onto State Route 610.
Turn LEFT onto SR 610 at the bottom of the exit ramp.

Stay
on SR 610. You will pass a big
brick High School on your right and go around a curve to the left.
Then down a long straight. (The
street signs will say you are on Fourth Ave. after you enter the Town
Limits.)

GO
THROUGH A SHARP LEFT HAND CURVE at
the end of the straight. ALMOST
IMMEDIATELY, TURN RIGHT DOWN
THE FIRST STREET ON YOUR RIGHT (beside an Citgo Convenience
Store.)

MEOC
is about 300 yards straight ahead. Park
in front parking lot.
