Receives, investigates and works
to resolve complaints made by or on behalf of older
persons in long-term care facilities or receiving long-term care services in the community. Serves as resource for information regarding institutional and community-based
long-term care services. Complaints may be reported anonymously.
Fees: No charge.
Eligibility: Unrestricted to persons receiving long-term care services.
Intake Procedure: Walk-ins and telephone referrals accepted. Anonymity protected.
Service Area: Lee, Scott and Wise Counties, and The City of Norton.
