The
Senior Wellness Initiative—Wellness Is Now—offers activities designed to
prevent disease and promote the health of older persons which include health
and nutrition education, health screening, exercise and other health
promotion activities. Operates as part of
MEOC’s congregate nutrition and respite services.
Fees:
No charge. Donations accepted.
Eligibility:
Persons age 60+
