IN-HOME RESPITE SERVICES

In-Home
Respite Services is a
home-based program in which trained geriatric aides provide relief for families
providing around-the-clock care to a family member with some form of mental
and/or physical impairment. Activities
identified by family caregivers as being most basic and critical will be
provided.
Fees:
Sliding scale fee according to income.
Eligibility:
Family Caregiver providing 24-hour care for adults aged 60 or older.

Walk-ins and telephone referrals accepted.
