Senior Wellness Initiative

The Wellness is NOW or 'WIN' initiative
operates as part of MEOC's Congregate Nutrition Program and offers
activities designed to prevent disease and promote the health of older
persons. Activities include health education, health screenings,
exercise and fitness activities, "Brown Bag" Medicine reviews, home safety
training, and utrition and food safety education. (See
Congregate Nutrition Program for additional information.)
Fees:
No charge. Donations accepted.

Persons age 60+

Procedure:
Walk-ins and telephone referrals accepted.
